Meet the Clinician: Samantha Teperow-Pilch

I work collaboratively with clients to find the best treatment approach to create lasting change. I primarily work with women wanting to challenge and overcome their anxiety, past trauma(s), and transitions. I specialize in working with clients working through trauma responses/reactions, chronic illness and medical trauma, anxiety, women’s health, body image/weight loss/health at every size, and overall life transitions. I have training in EFT tapping, DBT, TF-CBT, CAM/holistic approaches to treatment, and clinical supervision. I always continue to learn and add certifications.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2009 and have experience in a variety of therapeutic settings including domestic violence programs, group home and residential programs, community based acute treatment (CBAT) placement programs, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), running group therapy programs, crisis intervention programs, in home family therapy (IHT) programs, supervisory roles, and outpatient clinic programs. I then opened Wholistic Healing & Therapy in October 2022.

I have my Bachelors of Science from Lesley University in Art Therapy, Masters of Education from Cambridge College in mental counseling with a concentration in trauma, and a Masters of Science from American College of Healthcare Sciences in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) with a concentration in holistic nutrition, mind-body movement, aromatherapy, and herbal remedies. I have had my LMHC since 2019, and MCCS (supervision certification) since 2023. I am currently licensed in MA, ME, and AZ for private pay or insurance based clients, as well as VT for private pay clients only.
